The older I get, the more I learn that life is far more about how we operate internally than externally. As we become socially aware in our early teens through our mid-thirties, we focus on proving ourselves and making our mark. Then it hits us,
All of that is bologna. (Even bologna is phony -the spelling and pronunciation aren’t even close. And let’s not even get started on that mystery meat…)
Aligning our hearts, minds and bodies with what’s true and most valuable is of utmost importance. Living in health -for all aspects of yourself. Living a life of wholeness.
That’s what this place is dedicated to. That’s my heart, not only for myself and my own life, but for yours.
I don’t have all the answers, I am far from perfect, but I’m on the road towards wholeness. And I’d love to walk it with you.

In June 2015 my husband and I started a whole food plant based diet. Our kids are 90% on board (occasional dairy/egg products.)
After two “traditional” hospital births with my older kids -epidurals, pain meds, etc.- and a lot of research, we opted to have our third baby at home in the tub alongside a great team of midwives. That experience was life changing.
I recently gave birth at home to our fourth baby and during this pregnancy I took my health to the next level, preparing to give my baby all the goodness I can while he/she develops in the womb and helping my body be able to function, heal and live at its optimal, intended level.
Here’s my journey, discoveries, recipes, confessions, lessons and (mis)adventures as I walk towards living a wholehearted life that my 90 year old self will look back on and say, “yep, it was all worth it.”
